The flight with Qatar airlines was excellent. They were on time and the service we received on the flight was excellent. We arrived early into Prague. Our driver met us at the airport and we were able to enjoy a full day of sightseeing before joining the tour the next day. All hotels on the tour were excellent as was the accommodation on the MSC Europa cruise ship. We were delighted with our balcony cabin and the overall expectations of our first cruise was exceeded. Although the ship was large and carried over 6000 passengers the facilities were fantastic and there was enough room for everyone to find a place they enjoyed. The restaurant bars shows and overall facilities were first class as was the food and service by the cruise staff. The tour guides and drivers were all terrific on the trip and we had an exceptional holiday overall. This is our fifth trip with TripADeal and we would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone wanting a carefree and well planned holiday. Congratulations Trip deal on an excellent holiday with beautiful cities, an excellent cruise and great tour directors. Cities visited were fantastic. Local tour guides were great. Bus tour leader was very good. When to extend trip not clear. Option only available with initial booking, not later. Trip a deal paperwork details about tipping rates on MSC cruise were out of date.

Highlight - well organized transfers and seamless connections from one city to the next. The excursion to Lake Bled was brilliant.

Excellent tour. We are very happy with the organisation of the trip. We had 2 great tour leaders. Malena for Spain and Portugal were great in organising optional tours and the hotel check-ins were very efficient (with the exception of hotel in Granada which required us to give information individually) as she had provided the hotels with our informations. Optional tours that Malena organised were all fantastic, beyond our expectations and very good value. We got to see so many additional beautiful places because of this. Morocco’s tour leader, Hamou was excellent. He provided us with so much information about the country’s history, culture and current affairs. He was very knowledgeable and all our questions about the country were answered. Our Morocco visit was very memorable, it went smoothly, thank you to our tour leader Hamou. We absolutely loved it. The itinerary was perfect including the length of stays in each location. Our tour guides were very informative. Terry was an excellent tour guide on our bus who provided good advice, knew his history explained sites to see and do. We were so happy that the tour was organized so well. We had a great airline in Qatar, wonderful destinations with very knowledgeable guides (Irene was fabulous) and good weather. Lots of walking but we saw so much. It wasa very good holiday. If I could add that I wished I arrived early as the jet lag was tough on the first day.

Good to travel so many countries in such a short period of time. Good price for two persons.

Very well organised, excellent itinerary and knowledgeable tour guide, it was perfect for us. Highlights include Ljubijana, Malta, Barcelona - too hard to choose which was best. We were unsure about cruising but it was the best way to see a different port each day. We would be happy to recommend this tour as excellent value for money with enough time to see the best of each city.

Fantastic tour leader; fantastic group of like-minded people

The whole trip was amazing mainly because of our wonderful guide Thinasis Brianas he was so good in all the places we went and went out of his way to show us as much as he could in the time we had every part from the hotels to the places we went was so well planned and the cruise with MSC was a wonderful way to end the trip. It really was a trip of a lifetime and I thank you for that

It was great having our tour of each city’s highlights arranged for us, especially considering, this was the first time we traveled to Europe. From the moment we arrived in Prague we were very happy with our tour. We were met at the airport by our tour leader Leo and from that moment on we felt supported and looked after. All of the hotels were clean and comfortable, the bus was comfortable, the tours in each city were a great insight and we were given enough free time to explore. The cruise ship was even more enjoyable, our room was upgraded as we had an issue and the MSC staff couldn't have been more accommodating to us. The tours offered by the cruise were exceptional. We chose the stay behind option and went to Switzerland on our own then back to Rome for our departure. Not a bad word to say about any of it! We enjoyed every option available to us and

So many WOW moments!! For someone who hadn't wanted to go to Europe, I thoroughly enjoyed my trip. For someone who wants a taste of Europe the length of this trip and the many sites we saw was perfect.
