I loved seeing glaciers up close and the varied wildlife of the Arctic. Swan Hellenic was an amazing company to travel with.

Trip was fantastic. Two things, Airport transportation was not at airport upon arrival, had to be called. We were not told correct port to board the ship. Only found out when we asked crew from another ship.

Beautiful small ship and the team worked so hard to provide wonderful experiences - all staff were super friendly and went above and beyond. Excellent food and drinks. This was a first time cruise for us and we found the pace a bit slow and sedentary.

Our flight left Sydney 3 hours late, however everything was taken care of and we still arrived in Amsterdam as the original time. The cruise was fantastic, great staff and we were very lucky with the weather. The Norway scenery was amazing.

Everything went to plan as per the itinerary and Hurtigruten were just amazing in their delivery of a trip of a lifetime.

Spectacular scenery , the professional yet very friendly approach of the expedition staff, the overall feeling of friendliness on the ship, the way Hurtigruten handled the change of ship , good hotel accommodation and bus transfers when included. The staff could be more forthcoming about hotels and bus transfers even though it was well organised.

An excellent holiday. One of our best. I would suggest on improving is to arrange transfers from hotel to cruise. Transfers in general are a big plus even if it means a slightly higher price on your cost. Hurtigruten are the best cruise company with have been with and we have had a number of different cruise companies. As far as our comment of satisfaction for communication that is only due to the Maud/Spitsbergen replacement causing chaos. Generally all communications we have had with TAD are excellent. Well done guys and why we are very happy to recommend and use you for future travels.

Entire trip was smooth without incident from start to finish. Hurtigruten cruise wonderful everyday,in every way. Husky Sledding excursion was highlight, professionally organised & well worth money paid. Hurtigruten change of itinerary was met down to end of holiday. Hotel accommodation 5 star ⭐️ Value for money exceeded. Thank you Trip a deal for lifelong memories

Friendly people and all requests were provided except two accommodation hotels were not satisfactory because although we requested twin beds we were given rooms with queen bed. The Radison Blu Hotel and the Hilton in Amsterdam Some difficulty also with no porters available at the Radison Blu and two elderly ladies experienced taking luggage up and down stairs on the floor that the room was located on. (Split level) We were advised on arrival that help should have been organised 3 days in advance even though we had only one night in the hotel At the Radison Blu. The room was also very small in that we had to put our large suitcases in the bathroom under the bench which made access difficult. One other problem we had with KLM> Assistance was not notified to them when the flight was changed at the last minute. so was not logged into their system. All other assisted transfers throughout the trip were excellent.

The Hurtigruten expedition cruise was just amazing. I couldn’t speak more highly of it. The food, accommodation, service and excursions were just fantastic. We have done many cruises over the years on bigger ships but this was by far the best we have experienced. Hurtigruten went far and beyond to meet our expectations following the change of ship and itinerary. It provided a refund for the change of ship and itinerary, accommodation, food, drinks and, most importantly, transfers from ship to airport, airport to hotel and hotel to airport with a guide. If anything was lacking, I think TripADeal should provide transfers. The transfer from the Amsterdam hotel to the port was expensive and not easy. We would be happy to pay the increased cost if transfers were included in the initial cost. We are looking forward to our next excursion with TripADeal.

We loved the cruise on the very luxurious SH Diana, with wonderful caring and friendly staff, delicious food & drinks, stylish staterooms and much more. The expedition team were very knowledgeable and helpful, and kept everyone safe. We loved the expeditions to Antarctica on the zodiacs, it was so awesome and exciting. To see whales, penguins and seals was amazing. Cruising through the Lemair channel was breathtaking. Everything was well organised, enjoyable and we had fun. In fact the section of our trip managed by Swan Hellenic from the time we landed in Buenos Aires was well planned and orderly.

Eden was very good and communicated well. Latam air was fine; the stopovers on way excessive; Swan Hellenic plans and arrangements from airport to hotel and flight organised to Ushuaia very good then transport to coach. SH Vega 7 star. Staff; Stateroom; expedition leaders; hospitality; cuisine; crew and passengers an amazing group of people.return plans to Beunos Aires & hotel great. Flight plan back shocking; considering information supplied. 35 hours travel from BA. Would not book again without consultation and knowing the route which I was not privy too and in receipt of air tickets very disappointed that it ‘cannot be changed’. I spent a considerable amount of time on trying to change this to no avail. Improvements-has to be consultation with client re flight routes and taking into consideration all information supplied. All up Swan Hellenic 7 Star.- would like to plan future trips.
