To much to tell. Loved both our guides

Excellent guide who had wonderful knowledge of all areas, compassionate to help when needed. Outstanding food and locations. Accommodation was great in all experiences.

Our guides were a wealth of information and tours were great value. The cave experience was unreal. Meals and accommodation could not be faulted.

The whole holiday was excellent including the accomodation, food and attractions. The guide, Roland was very informative, caring and good company. Most meals were included, that was a bonus. Never expected to stay at the Hilton Hotel for 3 nights for that price of the holiday.

I have really had the best holiday ,our Tour guide Colleen was wonderful, The bus drivers helped with the luggage I Loved going to the snow and the heritage listed village Temples were wonderful especially the last one. We purchased as tickets well in advance everthing was so easy.

Great guide and a full range of activities. Hotels were good.

Highlights include the National Museum displaying the treasures from China; the Memorial & history of Chiang Kai-Sek; visits to the indigenous peoples villages & museums; visits to the highlands

This Vietnam holiday definately did not disappoint. This was my third Tripadeal holiday and I always come back home gushing to my family about how wonderful my holiday was. The itinerary was a perfect mix of organised days and free days. My favourite was the Lavender cruise in Ha Long Bay. Our guide Duc was the best, always keen to help out in any way, very entertaining and definately a bonus to the trip. Our group were all wonderful and everyone intermingled, danced, feasted and sang together and have made plans to connect again in the near future.

Our guide Billie, was excellent. I liked being informed about the history of the countries we were passing through. Bus driver, whose name I dont know, was a very good driver and was also very helpful with luggage Nice to see Tourism student, Penny, learning on-the-job.

Best holiday ever! First time Ive ever used Tripadeal as normally sort things out myself. It was efficiently managed by Tripadeal and so no stress as where to go when we got to our destinations. The crew organized our luggage so all I had to do was identify my luggage. Sri Lankan highlights included Sigirya Rock fortress, the Elephant National Park, the orphan elephant reehabilitation place, the Buddhist temples, esp the Tooth Relic, the tea factory tour was amazing. Best of all was the 4 nights/5 days in the Maldives Adaaran Rinalhi resort....sheer luxury and lots of pampering at such a beautiful paradise.

The trip covered a wide variety of the country's culture and give us the opportunity to see many tourist attractions and even the simple way of life of the people. Hanoi was a hustle and bustle city and the visit to Ha Long bay was fantastic. Hoi An was exceptional, with the opportunity to see some of the countries treasures, as well as relaxing at the hotel. The markets in Da Nang were fantastic.

Fabulous itinerary. Guides were amazing and generous with their local and historic knowledge. Accommodation generally fabulous.

Great trip. Great selection of activities. The other participants on the trip were very nice people and the Guides were all outstanding. All of the Guides went out of their way to communicate and provide assistance and advice whenever it was required. It was great Teamwork participants and Guides. I loved the group dynamic, the layout of the itinerary was wonderful and with an amazing guide and driver made for quite a magical trip. The food was amazing throughout the whole trip, and to complete the journey in 5 star style was a pleasant treat.

Right from the beginning of the holiday when we were picked up at the Hanoi airport by friendly staff who helped me sort my phone SIM to the end when we were taxied back to the airport, I felt cared for by experts. I was concerned about getting sick from the food, but we had no problems. The food was delicious, the restaurants well chosen. Our guide was excellent. In Hanoi, he taught us to cross the street, as he guided us around the sights. One of our number had a medical episode, and Son organised the ambulance, and the hospital was good. The choice of locations was perfect. Hanoi was busy and fun, then cruising Halong Bay was beautiful and restful. The activities of walking, climbing, visiting the caves and karaoke were all great. Then we went by bus to visit cultural buildings in Ninh Binh, and onto Puluong. The view from my bed in Puluong was of terraced rice fields, luminous green and beautiful for us tourists, but we noted the hard working locals. Our guide assured us, that every time we went to a silk factory, bamboo factory, had a massage or stayed in a hotel, we were helping the local, hard working Vietnamese people which felt good after their difficult history. I couldn't fault this holiday. Everything went easily, I had a wonderful time, and it was within my budget. Thank you!

My wife and I booked the 10 day highlights of Vietnam. The overall tour was fantastic. Very well organised and great tour guides, transport and accomodation. Highlight of tour was Hoi A with markets, beach and cooking class. Halong Bay cruise was also fantastic with boat accommodation being excellent. The main City Hanoi was crowded and busy but great tour guides experience the world of Vietnam. We had a great group of travellers that we met for the first time and ended the trip with great friends.

We got a pleasant surprise at the wonderful things we saw. We went to a meeting of people and it was amazing a temple gathering with singing and drums. our train ride was super, rickshaw also special . The people at the hotels and staff were a great lot.

Great Tour guide very welcoming and friendly. Loved the ebike ride at Brown St with the 4 wheeler making my wife feel very secure. Good scenery during most tour days. Everybody benefited from the WhatsApp group that was set up enabling us to pass around photos and information. Nice Hotels.

I had a wonderful time. Hotels were amazing, breakfast was very good. Our guide was very informative, calm and considerate. Tour well structured To be honest I can't fault anything. We loved it.

The tour was terrific. The tour guide, Nila, was just great with a lovely manner, excellent knowledge and endless enthusiasm. The driver and assistant were also very good and made us feel safe and well looked after. The hotels were excellent.

The tour really highlighted how fantastic Sri Lanka is. The mix of coastal and inland locations was good. The hisotorical sites were great. The food part of the tour was a major highlight. The tour guide, driver and assistant were great. Improvement suggestions is to make each hotel stop two nights.

We were lucky in scoring a great tour guide, driver and assistant as well as a fabulous group. The hotels were top grade and breakfast was amazing. The pools were pristine and massive. To ease the long drives, we stopped at interesting places and were spoilt with wonderful food. This has been one of the best holidays for us so far. We definitely will be recommending Trip a Deal to our friends.

I loved Borneo's Mt Kinabalu, its rainforests, its jungle, its beautiful flowers, its orang-utans and monkeys, its spectacular hornbills, its dazzling birdwing butterflies, and its impressive tribal cultures (but not their past headhunting and cannibalism). Our hotel and resort accommodation, our guide Sarah and our driver Din were each excellent. Our tour offered us a wide variety of amazing experiences, and was excellent value for the cost paid. Our river cruises searching for wildlife and birdlife were highlights for me. Everything went smoothly. The pace was just right.

This was our very first Trip-a-deal Holiday and we absolutely had a ball. The tour guides, accommodation and food were second to none. The three guides went above and beyond to ensure our holiday was stress free. The guides assisted with medication and translation, restaurant recommendation, safety advice and places to see outside of the itinerary. We met some fabulous Australians on our tour and each and every one of us got along and had the best time. I cannot recommend Trip-a-deal highly enough.

Could not fault anything about holiday more than I was expecting. Our guide Nila and the driver and assistant were unbelievable. Kind informative and always making us feel comfortable and important. Always had a smile on their faces always putting everyone one the bus first.

Wow. So much to see and experience in Vietnam! Our guides in each city were very informative and knowledgeable with lots of suggestions of extra things we may wish to see. We would never have seen so much without their help. Hoi An was a highlight for me, the small town was such a change from the big cities. Releasing lanterns on the river was a lovely experience. Our guide Huy entertained us with his humor and became our team photographer, sharing lots of fantastic photo memories with the group. Train street in Hanoi was another thing not to be missed. What an experience that was, sitting having a drink with a train passing inches away from you. Ha Long Bay cruise was amazing, such a beautiful place, and the walk through the caves was fantastic. Would not have believed there were such huge caves within the islands. A very memorable trip with a really lovely, like minded group of people.

Our guide Kito was amazing with his wide knowledge of Japan and Japan's history. He was extremely friendly and has such welcoming personality. The bus drivers were excellent and also very welxoming and friendly. Everything was very well organised from flights to accommodation to itinerary.

The trip was amazing. It was the first time we had done a tour so the itinerary was very busy but it allowed you to see lots of things you probably wouldn't get around to organising and there was then a load of information to get out of it. The guides are amazing, so full of knowledge of their local area and give you more things to pack into your trip if you choose to. The hotels were 90% perfect and the location seemed pretty good also. We loved Cambodia and the Angkor Wat temple day, definitely the highlight for us but we loved all the tours. We chose to fly from Vietnam to Cambodia which I feel was a positive thing as opposed to the bus as a few days later we drive across Cambodia by bus and the 6 hour trip was alot and made for a long day. Overall 10/10 for this adventure. It's a real travel holiday not a relaxation trip.

I. Really loved this trip! The accomodation was great, the guides were helpful and the food suggestions so good.

What an amazing adventure. This holiday was totally different to what we we would normally do such as travel with a group. Everyone got on so well together and there was not one issue. The roads were a real challenge for the best of drivers , but our driver was amazing and very experienced . The bus was relatively new , comfortable and safe. Michael, our tour guide was outstanding . He was caring and very knowledgeable.. 5 stars!!! If you want something different, then this is the trip for you. Jeff and Wendy

It was wonderful to see so many different parts of Vietnam, and particularly to see the farms and markets that the restaurants use to source their ingredients. I went as a single female and felt very safe on the days that we had free time to explore the area we were staying on.

Value for money was great. Our tour guides were incredible, so helpful and really made sure we got the most out of our trip. I did all the optionals and would recommend them, especially the Golden Mask and ERA shows. Highlights would be the Great Wall and Lingering Gardens We did a lot in the time we were there. I saw amazing sights, met lovely people, ate fabulous food and became fascinated by the history and scale of China. I was someone who never really thought I'd get to visit China but I'm really glad I took the opportunity. Would highly recommend to anyone, it exceeded my expectations.

We had the best tour guide, Lucky Khan. He was very informative, was always smiling and upbeat. He made everyone feel welcome and was so much fun. The trip was very well organised, people to meet us at airport and transfer to hotels and when we left they showed us where to go at airport. All the tours were on time and efficient. The bus was very comfortable and had a fabulous driver. Everyone was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble.

Our guide Om Predash was excellent. The tour was great- we felt looked after, the sites were very interesting and the value was good. The hotels were very comfortable.

The entire trip was fantastic; well-organised, very smoothly managed, an extremely knowledgeable and approachable tour guide (thank you Edna!) and an opportunity to see some amazing parts of Japan.

From the moment we we're meet at the airport in Colombo by our guide Jeremy, the driver and the young helper I knew this was going to be a fabulous trip. I think Jeremy must have swallowed a history/geography book as his knowledge of Sri Lanka was outstanding. He was extremely kind and always helpful, recommending great eating venues etc. He provided his room number each night in case we needed to contact him. The accommodation was fabulous. This was our 6th TAD trip and one of the best we have done due to the very kind Team in Sri Lanka.

Mount Fuji, and the Cherry blossoms

I loved the fact that all the hard work was taken out of the holiday. We didnt have to think or plan. Highlight was Pu Luong & was good to get off the beaten track

Mt Fuji and we did see the top of Mt Fuji whilst on route to Hamamatsu. Fantastic didn't see it last time I was here. Hiroshima was so sad but a wonderful and respectful presentation. The Todaiji Temple was interesting and the Itsukushin Shrine on Miyajima was amazing. Takayama Old Town and the UNESCO World Heritage site at Shirakawa were great after the bus took us up the mountain, all the snow was amazing and certainly a highlight. All the cherry blossoms were what I went to see, although the pink ones are few and far between. The luck of the weather. All the Shrines were interesting, but an afternoon at a concert to see some of Japan's music, dancers and talents would have been good instead of one of the Shrines. Our guide Edna was amazing and kind and very knowledgeable. Her driver was very efficient. Accommodation was good, clean and comfortable. Didn't go for 5 star. Had a great holiday, and meet some really great people.

Perfectly timed to see lots of beautiful cherry blossoms. I loved the mix of gardens and other activities.

Boat trip on the last day was excellent. Floating hotel in National Park was great.

I absolutely loved all the land based events. Truly magical trip. The dog sledding, lots of snow and reindeers. And our guides was the best I have ever had. He was remarkable

A very full-on experience but loved every minute of it!! So much to see in such a big country. All guides were local and knew their 'stuff'! Paid for all optional tours so we got to experience everything available!

I loved every part of our Vietnam holiday from the moment we arrived until our departure. We had a group of 20 absolutely wonderful people- 8 x young ones & 12 older & everyone became a “family”! Our fabulous Guide- Nhan Nguyen Garven (Garven to us) was the absolute BEST! He gave 150 percent to everything we did.. he deserves to be acknowledged for his dedication, hardworking attitude however always with a lovely sense of humor! Thankyou so much Garven! Hanoi & every place around was amazing then Hoi An is also a “Must see” place… quieter, stunningly beautiful with Lantern Boats, Markets, Gold Bridge (must do) … delicious Wontons (home made!) then Ho Chi Ming showed us another side of Vietnam.. the city is fascinating, hop-on, hop-off Bus to the Wslking Street a must, Chi Tunnels a learning experience like no other & much much more! A fabulous trip! Thankyou! Loved every minute!

The local guides were amazing, nothing was too much for them and they managed the group very well. Highlight for me was the centre - Hoi An and Hue. Also loved Hanoi.

I loved the varying and contrasting activities and locations. One day on a boat in Ha Long Bay, the next on a gondola climbing Ba Na Hills! Never boring and always varied. I also loved the depth of knowledge of the tour guides.

We had a fabulous time in Sri Lanka. Great value for money. Our tour leader Sujee, his assistant Aji and driver Ashanka were excellent and went beyond expectations to make sure we enjoyed our holiday. This is our 3rd Trip a deal holiday and would highly recommend TAD. Really can’t suggest any improvements as we were very happy. The best bit is there were no whingers on the trip which is always a bonus.

The trip to Japan was very enjoyable and memorable. We loved the cherry blossoms and the scenery that we saw throughout the trip. The places we were taken to were wonderful. The temples and shrines were so interesting. The extra excursion to Hiroshima was excellent. Our guide, Andre, was outstanding. He was so knowledgeable, caring of the people who were on the tour and he went over and above to make sure we were all happy. Highly recommended. The bus drivers were also very good. We felt very safe everywhere we went.

Awesome holiday. How do you do it for the price. Everything worked perfectly. We upgraded and all the hotels were outstanding. The tour guide was brilliant. The tour as good as it gets. All flights worked well. All transfers were seamless. A great holiday in Sri Lanka was taken to a nirvana level in the maldives. OMG!!!!! The snorkelling world class.our gorgeous room was 8 steps from a pure white beach. Some 10 strokes to the reef. Like an aquarium. Fish of all colours and sizes everywhere. Free food, all meals. Free booze. Stop it!!!!!!! This holiday was amazing as it could be. Loved every second. Thanks tripadeal!!!!!!!

It was such a bucket list holiday and it was so good that everything was organised for you. A stand out were the guides King in Beijing and Ivy in Shanghai. They really did go above and beyond to make our holiday special and nothing was ever a problem (even having to repeat things 20 times for people). We were lucky to have a great group of fellow travelers which made the trip even more awesome. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Loved all the three snorkelling excursions, the river cave experience, trip to the chocolate hills, seeing the tangiers, and river cruise. The meals offered were great. Size of our group was great, 12 of us, and we all got on really well. Our tour guide, Rupert, was fabulous. He was very polite, respectful, informative with a great sense of humour.

Loved the safaris and wildlife. Very impressed with your Trip-a-Deal local agent, Nikki Thaver, who reorganised pick ups and tours for us.

Our tour guides both Risa and JJ were very knowledgable and helpful. Interesting sites to visit. Overall we enjoyed this China trip. It was excellent value for the money.

Excellent : organisation by tour guides Value for money Full on programme Hotels were better than expected All the optional tours were great but It needs to be made clearer that for those not taking the optional tours there will be no opportunity to return to the hotel until after the event.

Loved everything on our trip including our group and guides. Highlights were cruise on Halong Bay, Bana Hills, Rickshaw ride in Ho Chi Minh, Ninh Binh sampan and night market, Hanoi Train Street, Hoi An nightlife, Angkor Thom and Pub Street in Cambodia, and walking tour through the local villages. Excellent accommodation. Great personality guides. The only thing I would have liked is one more night in Ninh Binh as it was such a great hotel and location. 10/10 Tripadeal!

We learnt so much about a country we didn’t know much about except for Machu Picchu. The history and culture was very interesting and Rainbow Mt a highlight. We were very fortunate to be in a group of 12 fabulous people we got to share the experience with.

The whole trip was well organised. The local guides were very knowledgeable. The accommodation was great. Clean and well positioned.

Extremely well organised, great guides, lovely accommodations, local people, food & places we visited were all fantastic. Due to China's great vastness, there are days with long travel to get to many of the places, but that's all part of the adventure..! Totally recommend this trip, 2nd trip to China in 4 months, because we loved it so much. With prices like these, do yourself a great favour and book your own adventure - you won't regret it..!

A well organised trip through beautiful countries. The guide and driver were excellent, and the 40 travellers were very friendly.

Airline was great, hotels were super clean, huge and very comfortable, buses and trains were spacious, clean and fast. Breakfasts and lunches were extremely delicious regardless of weather you fancied Chinese or European. Nothing was too much trouble for any of our guides, especially Lilly our last guide. I cannot pick my favorite experience as so much amazed me, of course the warriors were even more amazing than I thought they would be, meeting the farmer was an added bonus, walking the side of a rock wall, a 500 year old garden and still more amazing things. The quietness, the roses growing on the top tier of the freeway. The way they garden every inch of land , no graffiti, no rubbish, and everyone smiles. If I had an extra day just to shop/rest would be my only suggestion Such fantastic architecture, young people in national costume, I could rave about this trip it was fantastic……Thankyou tripadeal

Egypt tripadeal what can I say brilliant, wow wow wow, fun, informative, exciting, interesting, safe. Being a solo traveller and my first travel experience in 30yrs other than cruising I was extremely apprehensive But let me tell u this tripadeal adventure (not a holiday as it was full on) was the most brilliant, breathtaking, wonderful experience I have ever had on a tour. The tour guide Randa was passionate, informative, inspiring, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Absolutely fantastic. Everyone keep saying it isn't safe over there, not true not on any occasion did I or any of our 33 group fellow trippers feel unsafe. We has security guard with us always but he always stayed in background no hindering any of our activities. If u have Egypt on your bucket list don't hesitate to go to this inspiring beautiful country and tripadeal exceeded all my expectations. Just do it.

Halong Bay and the caves

Loved the scenery, the countries we visited, and especially the lovely people in each country. Maybe mention that the roads in Nepal are in bad shape and travelling for 6 hours caused a few sore necks. Also the dust is pretty bad.

Overall a great trip, with picturesque scenery everyday. Comfortable and clean accommodation, and delicious food. Our tour guide Vic was helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable, sharing a great deal of information about his country and culture. Our bus driver Wee was just the best. The tour was well organized.

All of Peru. Our guide Rolly was more than excellent. I sincerely hope he us paid accordingly.

Pu Luong and Halong Bay were my favourites. Also loved Hoi An for the beautiful lanterns. Trang An was magical too. The Tour Guide organised some experiences including a demonstration of how egg coffee is made and some traditional Thai dancing in Pu Luong . Both were very enjoyable and memorable . We enjoyed a visit to Train Street as well as a rickshaw ride in Hanoi. I would like to give special mention to Than Dang who was fantastic! We all missed him when we left Hanoi. He will be in our memories forever as he helped to make the trip so special!

Well organised itinerary with no major hiccups.

We missed the cherry blossoms only because it had been so cold in Japan. WE did manage to photograph some individual trees though. What a trip, Japan was just amazing. What impressed us was that the Japanese are so polite, friendly and RESPECTFUL. The food (particularly street food) was to die for and their beer is just the best, better than ours by far. There is no crime in Japan and the highways are so good..when they build a road if there is a hill or mountain in the way they just tunnel through. There are over 11,000 tunnels in Japan. Go to a Lucas or 7Eleven store and buy either a cold drink or a hot coffee from a display stand. Just pick up what you want, pay for it and off you go. The coffee and other hot drinks are kept hot in the display stands all the time, and was the chocholate coffee good...YUM. Unemployment rate is 2.6. If you haven't got a job there is little Government support you are told to go and get a job. Boy we could learn a few things from our hosts. Our guide...AARI was a scream a minute. He us't to try and teach us how to count in Japanese etc and other words, talk about hilarious, he actually made the trip for us....a busload of aussieschanting the Aussie, Aussie, Aussie chant in Japanese...holy smoke.

The different locations were an excellent taste of the phillipines. All different.

We Hanna and I were very happy with well organised tour, interesting places we went , and smooth transition. We entirely enjoyed extra tours , as well as creative tours of the tour guides . They always had something interesting up their sleeves to share with us . What an incentive for them , and extra bonus for us. Great group of people, not too big We loved it

Mt. Fuji and some of the old villages that we visited.

The trip was truly exceptional. The key highlights for me included visiting the Great Wall and the Terracotta Warriors. We were fortunate to have a wonderful group and knowledgeable tour guides. While the trip did involve some long days, this allowed us to engage in a variety of experiences. Initially, I had certain preconceived notions about China, but after the tour, I gained a profound respect for the country. The people were welcoming, and their infrastructure and technology are impressive. I would highly recommend this trip to anyone who is considering it.

As our first Trip A Deal holiday, and in fact our first organised tour ever we were a bit dubious, but completely unfounded as everything went smoothly and was well organised from the time we received our travel documents to our departure from Hanoi. We had a lovely guide who was knowledgeable and able to answer any questions from the group, she was caring and had a great sense of humour - needed with a bunch of Aussies. Being a small group tour was ideal. The northern mountains was beautiful, and just what we were looking for ... away from crowds. Thankyou, we'll be back.

China was amazing, our guides were fantastic. We started our tour with King and finished with Ivy. We spent the most time with these two guides and both had a lovely sense of humour and went to great lengths to explain China and it's rich history to us in an interesting way that we understood. They were proud of China and it's culture and shared it with us making it interesting. Both these guides went above and beyond as did the other guides. They shared their lives with us and provided an insight into family life in China 🇨🇳 I was last in China in 1993 in Beijing as a nursing student for 4 weeks at the Beijing hospital and could see the difference in the country. Have been telling anyone that will listen how wonderful our trip was and they should get over there. We did all the optionals there's nothing l couldsay to improve as we loved every minute....well done Almost forgot to mention our driver's...awesome and the shopping was outstanding 👌

We loved it all. Elsie was a fantastic guide, very informative with a great sense of humour. The highlight was of course the Cherry Blossoms, but also Mount Fuji and Hiroshima.

Excellent trip. Well organised. Exceeded expectations

The holly color festival was a highlight in Nepal. Thank you to our guide Dip to took us there event it wasn't in our itinerary. Similar way in Sri Lanka, our guide Karl did beyond my expectation to showing Sri Lanka hospitality.

I have done several Tripadeal holidays and this was THE BEST by far. Our guide, Kurt, was the best guide I’ve ever had. He was polite, knowledgeable, thoughtful and very approachable, just wonderful. He really enhanced the holiday experience. The accommodation was great. We had an extension in KL and Kota Kinabalu. Shangri La hotels were great. The Hilton in Kota Kinabalu was the best, faultless! The pace was good, not too hectic. We enjoyed all of the places we visited, especially the lodge on the river. The included meals were excellent everywhere . We were with a fun group and everyone thought this was great value for money. The group was a good size, 29, more would have been too big. All in all, I am 100% satisfied with this purchase I would like to suggest that TaD consider doing packages tailored to suit seniors.

Loved the trip We fit so much in. The highlights for me were the warriors and all of Beijing. Shanghai was great and I enjoyed the acrobat show. Very well organised and all the guides were very helpful and knew the area well. Our last guide, Ivy, was particularly good. Her English was very good and easy to understand. I lost my phone on a train and she was able to get it back for me with very little fuss.
