Today, make your own way to Perisher Valley Skitube Terminal. The Charlotte Pass Guest Services Office is located in the Perisher Valley Skitube Terminal, at the far end of the ground floor of the terminal building. From here, you will take oversnow transport to Kosciuszko Chalet Hotel, your accommodation for the next 2 evenings.

An alternate way to get to Perisher Valley is by bus from Jindabyne. Daily buses run from Jindabyne to Perisher Valley and can be booked on the Snowy Mountains Bus Service website. Ticket holders for the Snowy Mountains Bus receive free car parking at The Station Resort and free travel on the Park & Shuttle Bus to the Snowy Region Visitor Centre in Jindabyne. Simply take the shuttle and change at the Snowy Region Visitor Centre then catch the Snowy Mountains Bus Service to Perisher Valley.

Please note:
• Check in time from 16:00, for those arriving prior there are luggage storage facilities available at the hotel.
• Free parking is available at the Bullocks Flat Skitube Terminal. Please ensure you purchase Skitube tickets in advance and consult the timetable and pricing details on www.perisher.com.au.
• There are luggage restrictions highlighted on the Skitube timetable which is usually between 07:00 and 11:00 if you're travelling to Perisher Valley, and 15:30 and 17:30 to Bullocks Flat daily. This means you cannot take luggage on the Skitube between these times. Additionally, there are luggage restrictions for the oversnow transport, as outlined in the Important Information.
• The oversnow transport has been pre-booked for midday. Should you wish to change this time, you can do so after receiving your travel information, which will be sent 4 weeks before your departure date.
• A 3-course dinner is included daily in your package. Approximately 1–2 weeks before your arrival, you’ll receive an email from the Kosciuszko Chalet Hotel with available dinner time slots. Please respond with your preference to secure your reservation. This email will also include pricing for equipment hire and lessons. You can book these services directly with the hotel at that time.
• Bookings for equipment hire and lessons cannot be made until you have received your travel information, approximately 4 weeks prior to departure.
• The nature of this tour is self-guided. You will not have a tour leader and/or guide with you for the duration of this trip.

The Kosciuszko Chalet Hotel, located in the heart of Charlotte Pass Village, offers a true ski-in/ski-out experience. Enjoy spending the day on the slopes with your 3-day Charlotte Pass lift pass. The Pulpit T-Bar and Kosciuszko Triple Chair are just steps from the front door with all other lifts, including the new Guthries Double Chair, easily accessible.

For those not wanting to ski, options include visiting Stillwell Hotel for coffee or Lucy Lodge for lunch at your leisure, both just a 5-minute walk through the village. Alternatively, you could book a snowshoe tour for a unique winter experience. Snowshoe tours are available at an additional cost and can be arranged directly with Guest Services at Charlotte Pass Snow Resort.

This evening, enjoy 3-course a-la-carte dinner at Arches Restaurant. It's the perfect way to relax and unwind after an exciting day at the snow.

Today marks the final day of your Snowy Mountains winter adventure. Your lift pass remains valid so make the most of the slopes before your journey home.

Please note:
• Check-out time at the hotel is 10:00 but luggage storage is available for your convenience.
• The oversnow transport is scheduled for 11:00. If you wish to change this time, you can do so after receiving your travel information, which will be sent 4 weeks prior to your departure.

After purchase, you will receive a receipt and a Purchase Confirmation, directing you to an online Passenger Information Form. You must complete the Passenger Information Form within 72 hours of purchase.

Any special requests, preferences and optional extras MUST be clearly stated in your Passenger Information Form. Any change requested after submitting your Passenger Information Form cannot be guaranteed, is strictly subject to availability and will incur surcharges as outlined in the Schedule of Fees below.

Oversnow Transport
You will be booked on the following times for you provided oversnow transport:
• Perisher to Charlotte Pass (Friday) 12:00.
• Charlotte Pass to Perisher (Sunday) 11:00.

Please note:
• Charlotte Pass is completely snowbound in winter and the only way to get in is with an oversnow transport vehicle. This is a truly unique experience to Charlotte Pass, and there are vehicles operating every 30 minutes during peak morning and afternoon periods. Should you wish to change the above times, you can do so with the hotel reservations team after receiving your travel information, which will be sent approximately four weeks before your departure date.
• The Charlotte Pass Guest Services Office is located in the Perisher Valley Skitube Terminal, at the far end of the ground floor of the terminal building. From here you will take oversnow transport to reach Charlotte Pass.

Baggage Allowance
Oversnow Transport
Each oversnow transport ticket includes a specific baggage allowance for passengers per person.

One kit comprising of:
• 1 piece of baggage and one small piece of hand luggage
• 1 pair of skis and poles
• 1 pair of ski boots

• 1 piece of baggage and one small piece of hand luggage
• 1 snowboard
• 1 pair of snowboard boots

Please note:
• Bags weighing over 23kg will incur a $5 per kilo excess weight fee.
• Additional bags will be charged at $20 each.
• No single piece of baggage can exceed 30kg. Any piece weighing over 30kg will NOT be accepted. 

Snow Equipment Hire/Lessons
You will receive your travel information approximately four weeks before your departure date.This email will also include pricing for equipment hire and lessons (not included). You can book these services directly with the hotel at that time. Please note that bookings for these services cannot be made until you have received your travel information, approximately, 4 weeks prior to departure.

Alternative Transport
Free parking is available at the Bullocks Flat Skitube Terminal. Please ensure you purchase Skitube tickets in advance (not included) to get to Perisher Valley and consult the timetable and pricing details on www.perisher.com.au.

CLIMATE & AVERAGE TEMPERATURES
Charlotte Pass experiences its winter season from June to September. During this time, temperatures typically range between -6°C and 2°C, with the coldest conditions often occurring in July and August.

June marks the beginning of the ski season, with daytime temperatures averaging around 0°C to 2°C, while nights can drop to -4°C or lower. Snowfall begins to accumulate, creating excellent skiing and snowboarding conditions.

July and August are the coldest months, with daytime highs rarely exceeding 0°C and overnight lows frequently dipping to -6°C or lower. These months see consistent snowfall, making them ideal for winter sports enthusiasts.
By September, temperatures begin to rise slightly, with daytime averages ranging from 1°C to 4°C. Snowfall becomes less frequent

In the event the tour package you have purchased is unable to proceed, and/or a Travel Supplier is unable to fulfil the tour due to external circumstances (Limitation of Liability e.g. a Force Majeure event), there may be a fee or amount of money that is withheld by our Suppliers and is unrecoverable. This may be due to non-refundable airline tickets, cancellation penalties with cruise cabins or unrecoverable payments with our land/accommodation partners. If refunds are not available from Suppliers, we will endeavour to obtain a travel credit on the best terms available and communicate these outcomes to you. In the event we are unable to obtain a refund or travel service credit, or part thereof, this cost is passed on to the customer as a Supplier Fee.
