This mall isn’t just for shopping though, it also is the home to the renowned Dubai Aquarium and even a high-adrenaline theme park. Dubai is known as one of the best places to eat in the world. Emirati cuisine is on the rise, and for good reason! From delectable breads and pastries to fragrant rice dishes and delicious coffee, the food is not to be missed. Keep your eyes peeled for Cheebab, a thin pancake filled with cheese and topped with date-syrup. Khuzi, the national dish of the UAE, should definitely be on your list too. Sit down and dine with the locals to be fully immersed in the country’s rich food culture.

Head to the desert
If you have a little more time, take a 4WD trip to the desert. Dubai is literally surrounded by desert, so whoever you are in the city it is always nearby. Hire an experienced driver to take you through sand dunes and peaks as you sit back and take in the incredible landscape.
