TOUR GUIDE VS. TOUR LEADER
Tour Guide: 
Often locals with intimate knowledge of an area, its culture, and history. Their role entails providing commentary, routing the tour, and seeing that people have a good time. They are a licensed, qualified expert who supplies specific information on the history, art, architecture and culture of the city/village/attraction where they are guiding the tour. The guide meets the group at the required place and leaves it at the end of the tour; they do not travel with the group. 

Tour Leader: 
An experienced person tasked with ensuring the smooth operation of tours, as well as providing practical support to passengers throughout the whole trip. Their role primarily includes assisting with accommodation, transportation between locations, and communication with tour guides at each stop. A tour leader may provide general guidance around a city or village and offer information on the place visited on the bus. However, they are not required to have specific art, architecture, or historical knowledge. They are not allowed to provide a guided tour or commentary of a city/village/attraction once there and, if caught doing so, can be fined.

CLIMATE & AVERAGE TEMPERATURES
Singapore
In February and March, Singapore experiences warm and humid weather, typical of its tropical rainforest climate. Average temperatures range from 24°C to 31°C during both months. February is usually slightly drier, with less rainfall compared to the wetter months, but you can still expect occasional afternoon showers or thunderstorms.

Vietnam  
In March, both Ho Chi Minh City and Da Nang experience warm to hot weather, ideal for outdoor activities and sightseeing. Ho Chi Minh City sees temperatures ranging from 25°C to 34°C, with hot, humid conditions and minimal rainfall, making it perfect for exploring the city under mostly sunny skies. Da Nang, on the other hand, enjoys slightly cooler temperatures, between 20°C and 29°C, with lower humidity and infrequent rain, as March is part of its dry season. Overall, the weather in both cities is favourable for enjoying the many attractions they offer.

Hong Kong 
In March, Hong Kong experiences mild to cool weather with temperatures typically ranging from 16°C to 21°C. The climate is generally comfortable, with a mix of cloudy and sunny days and occasional light rain or drizzle. Humidity levels start to increase, but conditions remain pleasant for outdoor activities and sightseeing.

Taiwan
In March, Keelung, Taiwan, generally experiences mild and cool weather, with temperatures ranging from 15°C to 20°C. The climate is often overcast, with frequent rain showers and high humidity due to its coastal location. Visitors should be prepared for wet conditions, as March marks the beginning of the rainy season in Keelung.

Japan
In March, the weather in Kochi, Tokushima, and Kobe, Japan, is mild as spring begins to emerge. In Kochi, temperatures typically range from 8°C to 15°C, with generally cool weather and occasional rain. In Tokushima, temperatures vary between 6°C and 14°C, offering a mix of sunny days and some rain. In Kobe, temperatures usually range from 7°C to 13°C, with cooler mornings and evenings and the potential for light showers. Overall, March brings gradually warming temperatures and a blend of sunny and rainy days across these regions.

A valid international certificate of vaccination against Yellow Fever is required in many countries. You may need to present this on arrival at the airport or border crossing. Some countries will refuse entry if you are unable to present your certificate. It's also common for your home country to request a Yellow Fever certificate upon arrival.
You must check with your doctor well before leaving home about the Yellow Fever requirements for the countries you'll be visiting.

Please note: If entry to a site is affected by changes in operating hours or public holiday closures, your itinerary, where possible, may be adjusted, or a similar activity will be offered in its place (subject to availability).

Shopping: 
Shopping overseas can be a daunting and confusing experience, especially when there is a language barrier. Please be very cautious when foreign currencies and prices are involved. If paying by credit card, please pay close attention to the amount you are being charged and keep all your receipts. 
Do not make any purchases you are not comfortable with or feel pressured into. If you are uncertain or need assistance with the language barrier, please seek assistance from your Tour Guide/Leader.

Singapore  
A visa is not required for Australian Passport holders. All travellers must submit a Health Declaration via the SG Arrival Card E-Service up to 72 hours before arrival in Singapore.

Vietnam  
Australian passport holders are eligible to apply online for an electronic visa (e-visa), valid for up to a maximum of 30 days. Lodge your application online (for a non-refundable fee) with the Vietnamese National Web Portal of Immigration. You will be given a unique code to track your visa application status. Once your visa is granted, you must print it out and present it at check-in. Keep this e-visa printout with you at all times during your travel in Vietnam.

Hong Kong 
Australian passport holders are visa-exempt for a stay of up to 90 days. The traveller must hold a valid passport valid for at least 6 months on entry with 2 blank visa pages.

Taiwan  
Australian passport holders are visa-exempt for a stay of up to 90 days. The traveller must hold a valid passport valid for at least 6 months on entry with 1 blank visa page.

Japan
A tourist visa is not required for Australian or New Zealand citizens visiting Japan for stays of up to 90 days for tourism purposes.

Supplier Fees
In the event the tour package you have purchased is unable to proceed, and/or a travel Supplier is unable to fulfil the tour due to external circumstances (Limitation of Liability e.g. a Force Majeure event), there may be a fee or amount of money that is withheld by our Suppliers and is unrecoverable. This may be due to non-refundable airline tickets, cancellation penalties with cruise cabins or unrecoverable payments with our land/accommodation partners. If refunds are not available from Suppliers, we will endeavour to obtain a travel credit on the best terms available and communicate these outcomes to you. In the event we are unable to obtain a refund or travel service credit, or part thereof, this cost is passed on to the customer as a Supplier Fee.
